​Nearly 25 years in and around strata — as a lot owner, a strata manager, 13 years as the principal of a strata management business, and now 10 years as Victoria's leading independent strata education specialist.

 

During my time running a strata management business, one of the biggest challenges I faced was the lack of options to train my staff. That's what led me to start SMTI.
